Safest place to live!
It doesn't matter what time of the day or night I put in a request for something to be fixed looked at or helped with. This ... place is amazing I've lived in several different apartment complexes but this by far has been my favorite! I put in a hot water request this morning before the office hours opened and before the office hours were opened the hot water was hot not lukewarm but hot. who help me through my moving process. the maintenance are super fast too, they work on your request quicker than my previous appartment. The manager has willingness to help. My only Claus is the guests parking, it's just for 24 hrs. So, if you have guests spending 3 days you will have to register them everyday. I don't think it's convenient. I think it should be pushed to 3 days/72 hours. Please ask for Cadeshia when you get here she will give you pleasant memories ??

moved in just before Christmas 2018. Nice roomy 1 bedroom. Too small bathroom. Tub is very small and narrow across but doable. ... Staff is very nice. Had a couple of issues once move in was completed. Once reported repairs were made within 48 hours. Office staff very friendly and so are the maintenance crew. Very quiet complex and pet friendly. A good starter apartment for a single person. I would recommend if you can afford it go with a 1 bedroom that has a larger bathroom tub-shower. Quite Place to Live
Moved in over Christmas 2018. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Had some issues and they were addressed and repaired within ... 48 hours. Always knock before they enter to do repairs and also leave report. Handicap parking is relatively small compared to apartment size. Yet one is usually available. Apartment landscape has lots of trees which help keep it a quite complex. I would recommend it for as a starter apartment. One bedroom is nice size but tub/shower is very narrow. Leasing Prospect
I arrived at Park on Preston to view an apartment and the leasing agents were very accommodating, kind, respectful and attentive ... to not only my needs but to every resident that walked in that door. Even though they were extremely busy they made sure that every "t" was crossed and every "i" was dotted in a timely manner. I was offered a beverage as well. My roommate and i moved in early November and the first person we met with was Zoraida and she was absolutely wonderful. ... it was our first apartment so we were clueless! she was so helpful along with the other staff. Anytime we have a maintenance problem they send someone ASAP and fix the problem the first time! The staff is absolutely wonderful and super friendly, any time i see them they always acknowledge me and ask how i'm doing. The only issue was the parking and they fixed it! this place is so peaceful and i look forward to the many years i will stay here!!
